Relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere in our wonderful Black Forest House in the midst of a large property

A mixture of tradition and modern
The Black Forest House was built in 1936 and has been extensively renovated in 2016/2017. It offers on two floors with 60sqm (ground fl.) and 70sqm (top fl.) luxury and comfort for a total of 8 persons. Both apartments have new bathrooms/toilets/kitchen facilities, balconies and a shared cellar area with washing machine/dryer/freezer and a ski/bicycle storage.
Car parking spaces are located aside the house.
We have passionately arranged the double story old house, keeping room layout, partly original floors, antiques from the region combing all with comtemporary furniture. The property is approximately 1800sqm. It offers a large area to relax and enjoy nature in summer and winter times. The rushing forest forms a special background...
Families with children are most welcome. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays with several generations!
We ask for your understanding that pets are strictly not allowed.
In the interest of all guests SMOKING IN THE HOUSE/ ALL ROOMS IS NOT ALLOWED.

Cozy and contemporary: Both apartments have flat screen satellite TV, bluetoothbox/radio & CD player, free WIFI/ INTERNET, fully equipped/ modern kitchen and bathrooms. From the heated vestibule and windscreen you reach the apartments and the cellar areas.
Ground floor apartment (60sqm): 3 rooms intended for two (plus two) persons.
Bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200cm)
Living room with two large sleeping sofas (150x200cm), small office table & chimney, east balcony.
Kitchen with dishwasher/stove/Nespresso machine and comfortable sitting corner.
Bathroom with shower & separate toilet.
Top floor apartment (70sqm): 4 rooms intended for 4 persons.
Main bedroom with box-spring bed (180x200cm)
Second bedroom with two beds (90x200cm)
Living room with chimney and cosy large sofa
Kitchen with dishwasher/stove/nespresso machine. Cosy oak planks dining table.
All rooms with balcony access to east or south side.
Floor with wardrobe and antiques.
Bathroom with comfortable bathtub, wash basin, separate toilet.
Two child cot/beds and trip trap baby chairs are available/ included.
More in the middle of the Black Forest is not possible...
You can not decide between Titisee, Schluchsee, Windgfällweiher, the Feldberg mountain top or a short city trip to Freiburg, Basel or Strassbourg? Then you are right with us.
The house is located in a quiet clu de sac near the station Altglashütten Falkau (5 to 10 minutes walk) Public transport to the Black Forest attractions start there as well (including in winter the ski bus to the Feldberg ski station).
Shopping opportunities and lovely restaurants can be found in the close proximity.
No matter what your daily program should be: Hiking, mountain biking or road bike rides, jogging, nordic walking, swimming trips or skiing in winter you start direct in front of our lovely house.
Relax after a wonderful winter's day with the cosy flickering chimneys.
In the warmer seasons, enjoy the color of the evening sun and the clear night sky from the balcony or enjoy both with a cosy dinner in our big natural garden...

Entire house, 7 rooms, 3 balconies, 130sqm at your own on a large property 1800sqm.
Rental starting for 2 nights depending on season; individual day of arrival.
The prices are per night including 7% VAT plus local tourist tax.
Free parking spaces are located at the house.

The rental price includes water, bed liners, towels, electricity, satellite TV, free WiFi and Internet access, heating including firewood and final cleaning fee.
Also included are the use of washing machine / dryer / freezer in the laundry room and the use of the heated ski / bicycle garage.
Two child & baby cots and 2 TripTrap baby chairs are available.
Please note: The house is located in a family and recreation neighbourhood. Parties, youth group events and hen/ stag nights are not allowed and will be filed.
